Andrew Cameron Schulz is an American stand-up comedian, actor, television producer and podcaster. In addition to his stand-up, he is known for his work on MTV2's Guy Code, the Flagrant podcast with Akaash Singh, and The Brilliant Idiots podcast.
Andrew Schulz was born on October 28th, 1982 in Brooklyn, New York. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. He was raised in an affluent neighborhood and attended Poly Prep Country Day School for his primary education. Schulz went on to graduate from the University of Arizona with a degree in psychology and sociology.
Schulz began his career as a stand-up comic after moving to Los Angeles in 2008, performing regularly at The Comedy Store and The Laugh Factory. He quickly gained notoriety for his humorous yet biting observations on life, culture and relationships. In 2010, he co-hosted the popular MTV2 comedy show "Charlamagne & Friends". He has also appeared on comedy shows such as "Guy Code" (MTV2), "Gotham Comedy Live" (AXS TV), "The Half Hour" (Comedy Central) and appeared as a guest panelist on the E! talk show “Chelsea Lately”.
In 2013, he released his debut comedy special titled “5:5:1” which premiered on Showtime Networks. His follow up special “Views From The Cis” was released in 2015 on Comedy Dynamics Network to critical acclaim. In 2016, Schulz released his third hour-long special for Comedy Dynamics titled "NY Stories". Additionally, Schulz’s one hour comedy album “Strictly For My Fans” was released by Comedy Dynamics in 2017 and debuted at #1 on iTunes comedy charts alongside Dave Chappelle's Equanimity & The Bird Revelation Specials.
He is currently touring major cities across the United States while also hosting two podcasts: Brilliant Idiots (2015–present) and Champagne Sharks (2018–present).
