Haechan, born Lee Donghyuck, is a South Korean pop singer and dancer. He was born May 26th, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. He is best known for being a member of the K-pop group NCT 127. His stage name Haechan comes from his name Donghyuck which means “bright” in Korean.

Haechan began his career as a child actor when he was five years old and starred in various films, television shows and commercials. He then joined SM Entertainment's pre-debut training team SMROOKIES in 2013 before officially debuting with NCT in 2016. As part of NCT 127, he has released numerous singles and albums including the critically acclaimed "Cherry Bomb" (2017), "Regular" (2018) and "We Are Superhuman" (2019).

Haechan has also ventured into solo activities such as releasing an album titled Haechanism (2018), appearing on various variety shows and performing at solo concerts. He made his debut as a songwriter with NCT U's single "Make A Wish" (2020).

Apart from music, Haechan is also passionate about fashion and photography. He enjoys reading books, playing video games and snowboarding during his free time.
