Mark Y. Tuan was born on September 4, 1993 in Los Angeles, California. He is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter of Korean descent. His zodiac sign is Virgo and his ethnicity is Asian-American. At a young age, he moved with his family to South Korea where he attended Seoul International School.

Tuan began his career as a rapper in 2012 when he auditioned for the South Korean boy band Got7 and became one of the seven members of the group. In 2018, he began to pursue his solo career releasing several singles including "One and Only You" which peaked at number 3 on the Gaon Digital Chart. In 2019, Tuan released his first album “Miracle” which topped the Gaon Album Chart. He has also collaborated with other artists such as Jackson Wang for the single “Magnetic” and JYP Entertainment labelmate TWICE for the single “No Jam”.

Apart from music, Mark has appeared in multiple variety shows such as Knowing Bros and Running Man. He has also been involved in various endorsement deals with brands such as Nike, Samsung, and Estee Lauder. Additionally, he is an ambassador for UNICEF Korea working to promote children's rights around the world.
