Sam Ryder is an English R&B singer-songwriter born in London on October 15, 1994. He has been singing since he was a young child, and his love for music led him to pursue a career in the industry. Growing up, Sam was heavily influenced by classic soul artists such as Marvin Gaye and Donny Hathaway. In 2017, he released his debut EP 'The Introduction', which showcased a mix of old school and modern R&B sounds. After the success of this release, he went on to collaborate with artists such as UK producer JAE5 and US artist Khalid.
