Bradford Claude Dourif is an American actor. He was nominated for an Oscar, and won a Golden Globe and a BAFTA Award for his film debut role as Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Brad Dourif was born on March 18, 1950 in Huntington, West Virginia. His zodiac sign is Pisces and his ethnicity is Caucasian. He is the son of Joan Mavis Felton and Jean Henri Dourif, and he has two sisters. Brad attended Marshall University after graduating from high school, where he majored in pre-med but later switched to acting.
Brad’s career began in 1973 with a role in the movie “The Wild Party”. After this, he went on to star in various films such as “One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest” (1975), “Ragtime” (1981) and “Mississippi Burning” (1988). He also had recurring roles in the television series “Twin Peaks” (1990-1991) and “Deadwood” (2004-2006).
In addition to his film and television roles, Brad has voiced characters for several video games including “Mass Effect 3” (2012), “Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim” (2011) and “Fallout 4” (2015). He also provided the voice for Chucky in the cult classic horror film franchise “Child's Play”, voicing all six entries into the series since 1988.
In 2014, Brad received a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Gríma Wormtongue in Peter Jackson's award winning adaptation of J.R.R Tolkien's classic novel “The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers” (2002).
