Devon Bostick was born on November 13, 1991 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is an actor best known for his roles as Rodrick Heffley in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid film series and Jasper Jordan in The CW science fiction series The 100. His zodiac sign is Scorpio and his ethnicity is Canadian.

Bostick began acting at age eight and had small roles in television shows such as Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Doc, Degrassi: The Next Generation, Flashpoint, and ReGenesis. He also co-starred in the 2007 movie Adoration with Scott Speedman and Rachel Blanchard. In 2009 he starred alongside Steve Carell and Zachary Gordon in the hit movie Diary of a Wimpy Kid. This role earned him a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Leading Young Actor in a Feature Film.

In 2013, Bostick was cast as Jasper Jordan in The CW science fiction series The 100 based on Kass Morgan’s novel of the same name. Bostick played the role for three seasons until 2016 when his character met an untimely demise. During this time he won several awards including two Leo Awards for Best Supporting Performance by a Male in a Dramatic Series in 2015 and 2016 respectively. 

Bostick has since appeared in several movies including Operation Avalanche (2016), Goon: Last of the Enforcers (2017), What Keeps You Alive (2018) and most recently Random Acts of Violence (2020).
