Lalisa Manoban, better known as Lisa, is a Thai rapper and singer born on March 27th, 1997 in Buriram province, Thailand. She is best known as the main dancer and youngest member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink. Lisa started her career in music by taking part in several singing competitions in Thailand before being cast as one of the members of Blackpink in 2016.

Since then, she has appeared on various television shows and commercials both in Korea and abroad. She made her debut solo single “Lalisa” in 2018, which was released to critical acclaim. The same year she became the first foreign artist to be featured in Japanese fashion magazine ViVi.

Lisa is also an accomplished dancer, having trained for seven years prior to joining Blackpink. In 2020 she starred in a dance movie called “Pop Up” which was released exclusively on Netflix. Her other credits include cameo appearances on variety shows such as Running Man and Knowing Brothers as well as a guest appearance on SBS’s Inkigayo.

In 2021 she released her second solo single “Not So Bad” which topped various music charts including iTunes and YouTube Music Global Top 100 chart. She also released a collaboration with K-pop star Kang Daniel titled “Who U Are” that same year.

Lisa is currently considered one of the biggest superstars within the K-pop industry and has gained an immense amount of fans worldwide due to her talent, charisma, and dedication to her craft.
