Amybeth McNulty is an Irish-Canadian actress who was born in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland, on November 7th, 2001. She began acting at the age of 8 and has since appeared in numerous TV and film productions. Amybeth is best known for her portrayal of Anne Shirley in the CBC and Netflix series “Anne with an E” which earned her a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role. 

Amybeth won the 2017 IFTA Rising Star award and was also honored with the 2019 Hellen Hayes Outstanding Young Performer Award. In addition to her television work, she has also appeared in several films including "The 9th Life of Louis Drax", "Voyage of Time" and "Cradle Swapping". Amybeth currently lives in Toronto with her family and is working on various projects.
