Cory DeVante Williams, better known by fans as CoryxKenshin, is an American YouTuber. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan, United States. CoryxKenshin attended the University of Michigan after high school but later dropped out to pursue his YouTube career. CoryxKenshin began his career in 2009 at the age of 16, but only later in his journey did he become famous. In 2013, he played his first horror game, “White Finger,” and the first game series he made was based on the sports game “Super Punch-Out!”

Although CoryxKenshin is a horror game player, he has also branched out into other games, such as “Bloodborne” and “Dark Souls.” He has attended several gaming festivals in his career, the most notable being Comic-Con and PAX East, where he met fellow YouTubers Muyskerm, Yamimash, LordMinion777, and Jacksepticeye. CoryxKenshin has taken a total of 12 impromptu hiatuses from YouTube and social media during his professional career.

Despite taking several pauses from the video platform, CoryxKenshin has had an incredibly successful career.
