Jarad Anthony Higgins, known professionally as Juice Wrld, was an American rapper and singer-songwriter. He was a leading figure in the emo rap and SoundCloud rap genres which garnered mainstream attention during the mid-late 2010s.
Jarad Anthony Higgins, popularly known as Juice WRLD, was born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius and his ethnicity is African-American. Juice WRLD grew up without a father figure in his life, and he has described his mother’s influence as one of the most significant factors that shaped him. He attended Homewood Flossmoor High School before dropping out at age 16 to pursue music full-time.
Juice WRLD had an early interest in music, particularly rap; he started writing lyrics when he was just 4 years old. He followed up with his second studio album Death Race For Love in 2019 which featured more experimental production than his previous work and earned him his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single with “Robbery”.
Juice WRLD has won numerous awards including three American Music Awards and two MTV Video Music Awards among others. He has been cited as an influence by many upcoming rappers and continues to be one of the most successful hip hop artists of his generation.
