Nikocado's YouTube channel began in 2017 when he posted his first video making mukbang videos. His channel quickly grew to over 4 million subscribers due to his entertaining and comedic nature.

In 2020, Nikocado moved to Los Angeles and started a new series called "AvoEats" that documented his travels around the world while tasting different foods.
