Adelaide Victoria Kane is an Australian actress and model. She first gained recognition for her roles as Lolly Allen in the soap opera Neighbours and Tenaya 7 in the children's series Power Rangers RPM. She went on to star as Mary, Queen of Scots in the American CW period drama Reign.

Adelaide Kane was born on August 9, 1990 in Claremont, Western Australia. She is of Scottish heritage and has one older sister. At age 3, she began studying ballet and eventually went on to study jazz, tap and contemporary dance. Kane also attended St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls in Mosman Park, a suburb of Perth, where she trained in theatre as well.

Kane made her feature film debut at the age of 12 in the Australian comedy "The Delinquents". She then went on to appear in several short films and television commercials before making her television debut in 2006 on the Australian children's series "The Sleepover Club". Her breakthrough role came in 2007 when she was cast as Lolly Allen on the long-running popular soap opera "Neighbours". She stayed with the show until 2011, when she left to pursue other projects.

In 2013, Kane moved to Los Angeles to further pursue her acting career. She landed a leading role as Mary, Queen of Scots on The CW drama series "Reign", which ran from 2013-2017. During this time, Kane also starred alongside Bella Thorne in the horror thriller "The DUFF" (2015). In 2018, she appeared in two films: "Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween" and Netflix romantic comedy "The Kissing Booth".

Kane is currently starring as Cleo Sertori on Nickelodeon's live-action fantasy adventure series “Mako Mermaids” (2013–present). Outside of acting, Kane enjoys playing guitar and writing music.
