Camilo Echeverry is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He was born on October 24, 1993 in Medellín, Colombia. Growing up in a musical family, Camilo developed an early interest in music and started playing the guitar at the age of nine.

At age 17, he released his first EP “La Magia” which peaked at number one on the iTunes Latin charts and earned him two nominations at the 2012 Latin Grammy Awards. In 2014, he released his second EP “Por Primera Vez” which spawned several major hits including “Vida de Rico” and “Tuyo”. His third EP “Fases” was released in 2015 and received critical acclaim for its catchy melodies and mature lyrics. 

In 2016, he signed with Sony Music Latin and released his breakthrough album “Tutu” featuring collaborations with artists such as Maluma and Silvestre Dangond. The album topped the Latin Albums chart in the US and spawned several top ten hits in multiple countries around the world including “Tutu”, “Una Lady Como Tú”, and “Vida de Rico”. 

He has since gone on to achieve international success with hits like “Favorito” (featuring Alejandro Sanz), “Tutu Remix” (featuring Pedro Capó & Farruko), and most recently his collaboration with Shakira titled “Clandestino". Camilo has won multiple awards throughout his career including four Latin Grammy Awards, five Billboard Latin Music Awards, three Premios Juventud Awards among others.
