Coco Jones is an American actress, singer and songwriter born on January 4th 1998 in Columbia, South Carolina. She first came to fame after appearing as the lead role in the 2012 Disney Channel original film Let It Shine, where she starred alongside Tyler James Williams and Brandon Mychal Smith. She also co-starred in the 2013 Disney Channel Original Movie Frenemies with Bella Thorne and Zendaya.

Jones has also made guest appearances on various TV shows such as Good Luck Charlie, Austin & Ally and Dog With A Blog. She was a contestant on the ABC singing competition show The Next: Fame Is at Your Doorstep in 2014, where she placed second overall.

In addition to her acting career, Jones is a talented singer who has released several singles such as "Holla At The DJ", "Let It Shine" (the theme song of the movie of the same name) and "We Go Together". She has also done voice-over work for animated films such as Ice Age: Continental Drift and Epic. She is currently working on her debut album which will be released later this year.
