Heather Joan Graham was born on January 29, 1970 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is an American actress and writer who made her professional debut in a small role in the 1984 film Mrs. Soffel. She has since become one of Hollywood's most acclaimed actresses, appearing in over 100 films and television series to date.

Graham first gained recognition for her supporting roles in the 1989 teen comedy film License To Drive and Gus Van Sant's critically acclaimed drama Drugstore Cowboy (1989). In 1997 she achieved international fame after starring as Rollergirl in the iconic comedy Boogie Nights, earning her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She went on to star in such popular films as Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999), Bowfinger (1999), Lost in Space (1998), and From Hell (2001).

In 2002 she starred alongside Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore in the romantic comedy The Wedding Singer, which became one of her most commercially successful films to date. After taking a break from acting for several years to focus on writing, Graham returned to the big screen with the 2013 independent feature Half Magic. In recent years she has had notable roles in Netflix's Flaked (2016-17) and HBO's The Hangover Part III (2013).
