Gwen Stefani is an American singer, songwriter, and fashion designer who was born on October 3, 1969 in Fullerton, California. She has a star sign of Libra and her ethnicity is Italian. Gwen's parents are Dennis Stefani and Patti Flynn, who both had musical backgrounds and encouraged their children to pursue music. As a child, Gwen learned to play the piano and later taught herself how to play the guitar.

Gwen attended Loara High School and formed a band called "No Doubt" with some of her friends. They released their first album in 1992 and started playing gigs around Southern California. In 1995, they released their second album, which featured the hit single “Just a Girl”. This song propelled them into stardom and led to appearances on MTV and other television shows.
