Colson Baker, better known by his stage name Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), was born April 22, 1990 in Houston, Texas. He is an American rapper and actor who began performing as a teenager. His debut studio album, Lace Up (2012), went double platinum and featured the hit single "Wild Boy". In 2015, MGK released "General Admission" which peaked at number four on the Billboard 200 chart. His 2017 album "Bloom" was also well-received and included the popular singles "Bad Things" and "At My Best". 

MGK has had several successful collaborations with other artists such as Young Jeezy and Waka Flocka Flame. He is a part of the rap rock band EST 19XX/Bad Boy/Interscope Records with whom he released his fourth studio album Hotel Diablo in 2019. In addition to music, MGK has starred in films such as Nerve (2016) and The Dirt (2019). He has also appeared on television shows like Punk'd (2003) and Ridiculousness (2011). 

MGK's career continues to be on the rise; he is currently working on his fifth studio album and will be headlining a world tour later this year.
