Sir Michael Philip Jagger, better known as Mick Jagger, was born on July 26, 1943 in Dartford, England. His zodiac sign is Leo, and his ethnicity is English. He is the son of Basil Fanshawe "Joe" Jagger and Eva Ensley Mary Scutts. He has two siblings; an older brother named Christopher Mark Jagger and a younger sister named Julia Katherine Jagger.

Jagger began singing at an early age and formed The Rolling Stones with classmate Keith Richards in 1962. They played their first gig at London's Marquee Club in 1963. He also received a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song for the song "Old Habits Die Hard" from the film Alfie (2004). In 2003 he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for his services to music.

Jagger has enjoyed a successful solo career releasing four studio albums since 1985. He has also acted in various films including Performance (1970), Freejack (1992) and The Man From Elysian Fields (2002).
